ROOMS DIVISION DIRECTOR / MANAGER

Desired Profile:
  • You will be in charge of our Rooms Division department.
  • You must have exceptional emphasis on services, quality and a detailed eye.
  • This position focuses on all operational activities including the financial performance and will make you the driver of service excellence.

Key Attributes:
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in a similar capacity in an international Spa Resort or a 5* de luxe property
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Manages the department within the company guidelines while liaising with suppliers and in-house teams
  • Must have a hands-on attitude and flexible personality
  • Passion for providing excellent and unsurpassed guest services
  • Good understanding of managing an international workforce
  • Able to lead, train and motivate staff
  • Able to implement and ensure strict adherence policies, procedures and standards
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral (proficiency level)
  • Must have good understanding of costs and financials

DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE

  • You will be in charge of our exquisite F&B facilities including a French Fine Dining Restaurant.
  • You must have exceptional emphasis on services, quality and a detailed eye.
  • This position focuses on all operational activities including the financial performance of each business unit and will make you the driver of service excellence.

Key Attributes:
  • Must have at least 5 years experience as F&B Director in a luxury restaurant, resort or hotel
  • Must have fine dining experience
  • Able to work with the Chef de Cuisine to create outstanding menus and work out promotions
  • Manage wine lists and F&B stocks while liaising with suppliers and in-house teams
  • Passion for providing excellent and unsurpassed guest services
  • Must have a hands-on attitude and flexible personality
  • Good understanding of managing an international workforce
  • Able to lead, train and motivate staff
  • Able to implement and ensure strict adherence policies, procedures and standards
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Must have good understanding of costs and financials
  • Preferred experience in events management

CHEF DE CUISINE

Desired Profile:
  • You will be the Chef de Cuisine for our French Fine Dining Restaurant.
  • You must have immense passion for maintaining high quality of food with exceptional presentation skills and a detailed eye.

Key Attributes:
  • Must have signature dining / Michelin experience
  • Able to create eclectic menus and work out promotions
  • Passion for food, quality and presentation
  • Must have at least 5 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine in a luxury restaurant, resort or hotel
  • Good understanding of managing an international workforce
  • Able to lead, train and motivate staff
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Must have good understanding of costs and financials
  • Able to implement and follow policies, procedures and HACCP standards
  • Computer literate
  • Flexibility to work in various shifts and to fulfill requests for particular food requirements.

Package:
  • Salary: US$4000 net per month

SPA MANAGER

  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity in an international destination spa resort or a deluxe 5 star property.
  • Possess a pleasant appearance and great personality.


GRAPHIC DESIGNER

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • Creative, versatile, meticulous and have an eye for detail.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and similar software.


YOGA INSTRUCTOR

  • Minimum3 years' experience in yoga teaching.
  • Must have multi-cultural experiences, exposed to a variety of different cultures.
  • Must have yoga qualification.
  • Presentable and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity with an international 5 star hotel or resort.
  • Must have multi cultural experiences, exposed to a variety of different cultures or countries.
  • Presentable with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken in Japanese/Russian/Arabic/English.
  • Well versed with OPERA system would be an added advantage.


DUTY MANAGER

  • Minimum 3 years experience in room division.
  • Experience working in an international destination spa resort would be an added advantage.
  • Preferably with a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
  • Presentable with excellent communications skills, both written and oral with proficiency in English.
  • Well versed with OPERA system.


FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

  • Minimum 5 years experience in overall operations preferably with room division experience.
  • Experience working in an international destination spa resort would be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
  • Ability to lead and manage an international, multi-cultural and diversified team.
  • Presentable with excellent communications skills, both written and oral with proficiency in English.
  • Able to drive a consistent service standard for the Resort.
  • Diplomatic and tactful in dealing with guests and all level of management.


FITNESS MANAGER

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity. Those with hotel experience would be an added advantage.
  • Possess analytical and consultation ability in fitness.
  • Possess recognised certification and qualifications / Diploma / Advance Diploma in Fitness.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management and operations of the gym and development of new fitness program in line with the Resort's concept and philosophy.
  • Preferable female.


SALES MANAGER (BASED IN KL)

  • Presentable, possess initiative, commitment and drive with minimum 3 years sales experience in a hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in the hotel sales industry and or related fields would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess own transport and able to travel as and when required.


ADMIN ASSISTANT/ SECRETARY FOR EXECUTIVE OFFICE

  • Possess 2 - 3 years of administration experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Dedicated, hard working and mature.
  • Willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
  • Live-In position at the resort.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to speak and write English well.
