    Dear Valued Guests,

     

    In compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set forth by the Malaysian National Security Council, Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur accepts check-ins for Essential Workers with supporting MITI approval letter.

     

    Guests are required to show their COVID-19 Vaccination Digital Certificate in MySejahtera app or Vaccination card upon check-in. Fully vaccinated individuals must have completed 14 days after receiving the 2nd dose of vaccines (Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Sinovac) or 28 days for single-dose vaccines (CanSino and Johnson & Johnson).

     

    In addition, we have implemented cleanliness protocols and specific initiatives as part of our Clean & Safe Commitment to further enhance safety and minimise risk for our guests and associates. We seek your kind cooperation in practising social distancing and complying with our safety measures during your stay.

    Dear Valued Guest,

    Kindly be informed that the Chateau Spa & Organic Wellness Resort has ceased operations effective Friday, 5th June 2020, due to the adverse economic effects of the COVID - 19 pandemic.

    During this closure, the resort will focus on completing the ongoing renovation working works and will embark on a strategic realignment exercise of the resort's long-term business approach. The resort shall reopen when the situation improves.

    It has been a great pleasure to be of service to you and we look forward to see you again in the near future.
